*TOMORROW BEGINS TODAY* *Favour Adéwọyin* December 5, 2025.  Tomorrow is not as distant as we often imagine. We speak of it as though it hides somewhere beyond the hills, waiting for years to arrive. Yet, tomorrow is nothing more than today waiting for its turn. And once it comes, it never announces itself as “tomorrow” — it simply becomes today. This is why the wise never postpone the work of destiny. There is no mystical “tomorrow” on the calendar of progress; there is only today — the day we must unfold with clarity, conviction and responsibility. My focus in this article is to speak to the politics and politicians of Ọ̀yọ́ State, and by extension, Nigeria. For if we fail to prepare for tomorrow today, we will only lament, regret, and gnash our teeth when the future eventually arrives to demand what we refused to build. *A Political History That Speaks Volumes:* Let us briefly examine our political journey. Across 26 years of democratic leadership, Ìbádàn has occupied the ...

*USE YOUR TIME AND OPPORTUNITY WELL* *Engr. Dauda Olaifa,*  December 4, 2025.  Life is a journey measured in time and seasons. No season lasts forever, and no position remains permanent. Every office we attain—whether by appointment, selection, recruitment, or election—is a temporary privilege entrusted to us for a divine and human purpose. The moment you step into any position, remind yourself that you are not there for eternity. You are there for a season. And seasons change. A position is not given for personal pleasure; it is given for performance. It is not a throne for self-indulgence; it is a platform for service. It is not a license to enrich yourself, your family, or your inner circle; it is an opportunity to uplift the people whose hopes rest on your leadership. Every position tests the heart of its holder, and both God and men are watching what you will do with the privilege placed in your hands. Understand this truth: You lose nothing when you use your positi...
