*OKE-OGUN DAY CELEBRATION: A STEP TOWARDS UNITY AND PROGRESS*



The Oke-Ogun Staff Forum of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igbo-Ora, recently organized the maiden Oke-Ogun Day celebration on the school premises, bringing together sons and daughters of Oke-Ogun from far and wide. This significant event was graced by prominent royal fathers, youth leaders, and dignitaries who gathered to celebrate the region's rich cultural heritage and progress.


In his welcome address, the Chairman, Alh. Engr. Lasisi, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all attendees and emphasized the importance of unity and collective focus on the development of Oke-Ogun. He urged the gathering to continue working towards the progress of the region, highlighting the need for collaboration and cooperation to drive growth and development. The Chairman also appreciated the Oke-Ogun staff forum of the college for their dedication to promoting the area's interests.


The Rector of the college, Prof. Akinola Kehinde, commended the Oke-Ogun staff forum for being excellent ambassadors of the region, highlighting their contributions to the college's growth and development. He noted that the event marked a significant step towards unity and progress in Oke-Ogun, with all attendees pledging their commitment to the region's development.
