*ISEYIN LAUTECH IS A DEGER: CALL TO ACTION FOR URGENT INTERVENTION*


We, the Oke-Ogun Indigenous Youths Solidarity Forum, write to express our deep concern and disappointment about the deplorable state of LAUTECH College, Iseyin. The institution's future is at stake, and we urge immediate attention to address the pressing issues affecting its progress.


*CHALLENGES FACING LAUTECH COLLEGE, ISEYIN:*


1. *Lack of Presently Available Lecturers*: Inadequate teaching staff is affecting academic delivery and student performance.

2. *Insufficient Facilities*: Inadequate infrastructure, including classrooms, libraries, and equipment, is impeding effective learning.

3. *Absence of Key Staff*: The absence of essential staff, including administrators and support personnel, is disrupting academic activities.

4. *Inadequate Monitoring of Students*: Lack of proper supervision and guidance is affecting student discipline and academic performance.

5. *Brain Drain to Ogbomoso*: Some LAUTECH staff are being redeployed to Ogbomoso, further exacerbating the challenges facing LAUTECH College, Iseyin.


*CALL TO ACTION:*


We demand that your administration takes urgent action to address these issues, ensuring LAUTECH College, Iseyin, becomes a hub for academic excellence and a source of pride for Oke-Ogun and Oyo State. We request:


- New Appointment of qualified lecturers and staff

- Infrastructure development and equipment upgrade

- Effective monitoring and supervision of students

- Improved academic support services

- Retention of LAUTECH staff at Iseyin campus
