*OKE-OGUN INDIGENOUS YOUTHS SOLIDARITY FORUM MEETS WITH OKE-OGUN ELDERS AND OYO ELDERS*


It was a momentous occasion as Oke-Ogun Indigenous Youths Solidarity Forum met with esteemed Oke-Ogun Elders and Oyo dignitaries at the Oyo Pinnacle Clubs' 34th anniversary celebration. The event brought together prominent personalities from Oke-Ogun and Oyo, fostering unity and solidarity.


Chief Adesope Bayo, President of the club, expressed gratitude to attendees from Oke-Ogun and Oyo, emphasizing the importance of unity among the people of Oyo and Oke-Ogun. "We are one family," he stressed, recalling the historical ties between the two regions.


The forum deliberated on crucial issues affecting the community, including security, politics, and unity. The guest speaker urged attendees to tap into their heritage and leverage the power passed down from their forefathers for protection and progress.


Comrade Dr. Ojedokun Jonathan, President of Oke-Ogun Indigenous Youths Solidarity Forum, expressed appreciation to the elders and attendees, highlighting the significance of the meeting. He emphasized the need for collective effort to achieve Oke-Ogun's governorship aspirations in 2027, citing seven potential candidates from the region.


"We must work together to make Oke-Ogun and Oyo proud," he said, stressing the importance of youth empowerment and involvement. "Youths are leaders of tomorrow, and we must nurture and connect them for a brighter future."


The forum looks forward to continued collaboration and progress, with 2027 beckoning.
