*ELDERS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS: GIVE OUR YOUTHS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEAD FOR A BETTER TOMORROW.*
The strength, unity, and future of every community depend on how well it prepares its younger generation for leadership. Today's youths are the leaders of tomorrow, and they must be given opportunities to learn, serve, and contribute while they possess the energy, creativity, vision, and passion to make a difference.
I respectfully appeal to our elders, traditional rulers, religious leaders, and community stakeholders across Oke-Ogun to mentor, support, and empower our youths by allowing them to participate in leadership and decision-making. Leadership is not determined by age alone; it is built through vision, integrity, commitment, and service.
One of the best ways to prepare young people for greater responsibilities is to assign them leadership roles within our communities, associations, religious organizations, and development groups. By giving a youth the responsibility to coordinate a project, lead a committee, or manage a community initiative, you are preparing that individual to become a responsible leader who can serve the state and the nation in the future.
I particularly encourage all Oke-Ogun communities to give committed youth leaders and comrades the opportunity to serve. We have many disciplined, trustworthy, faithful, competent, and visionary young people who possess the leadership qualities needed to move our communities forward. They deserve the chance to prove themselves through service.
Any town, community, or religious organization that refuses to develop its youths is gradually denying itself a brighter future. If we fail to prepare the next generation today, there may be no capable hands to sustain the progress and legacy built by our elders tomorrow.
Let us invest in our youths by encouraging their talents, supporting their ideas, mentoring them, and entrusting them with meaningful responsibilities. In doing so, we will build stronger communities, promote unity, and ensure sustainable development for generations to come.
A community that empowers its youths today secures its future tomorrow.
Let us mentor our youths. Let us trust them. Let us give them opportunities to lead. Together, we will build a better Oke-Ogun and a greater Nigeria.
